IBERDROLA IBE.MC 
Iberdrola said on Thursday that Neoenergia and EIB signed 857 million reais ($169.62 million) financing agreement. 

VISCOFAN VIS.MC 
Viscofan said on Thursday its third-quarter net profit was €40.4 million.
Separately, its board approved gross interim dividend of at least €1.4 per share.

IZERTIS IZER.MC 
Izertis said on Thursday it bought 12,998 treasury shares via block trade at €7.10. 

SANTANDER SAN.MC 
Santander has sold a €368 million portfolio of performing mortgages, dubbed Project Carabela, to Morgan Stanley and a co-investor, Spanish online news website El Economista reported on Friday.

FERROVIAL FER.MC 
Ferrovial and its partners are exploring bringing in additional investors to help finance $66.5 billion (€59.32 billion) of managed-lane projects recently won in Tennessee and Georgia, Spanish online news website El Economista reported on Friday.

BANKINTER BKT.MC, SONAE YSO.LS 
Bankinter and Sonae Sierra have put their Ores Socimi up for sale, seeking around €350 million for a portfolio of more than 30 retail assets across Spain and Portugal, Spanish economic newspaper Expansion reported on Friday.

COLONIAL COL.MC 
Colonial is in advanced talks to sell Madrid's MV49 Business Park after receiving an offer of around €100 million, Spanish economic newspaper Expansion reported on Friday.
