ZURICH/BERLIN, March 5(Reuters) - Here are some of the main
factors that may affect Swiss stocks on Thursday:
    
    SIG COMBIBLOC  SIGNC.S 
    Funds advised by affiliates of Onex sold 37.5 million shares
in SIG Combibloc Group, corresponding to an 11.7% stake in the
company, in an accelerated bookbuilding transaction worth around
518 million Swiss francs. The Onex stake will be 20.1%, boosting
the free float to nearly 80%.  SIGN.S 
    
    IMPLENIA  IMPN.S 
    Swiss investor Norbert Ketterer boosts stake to 10%  IMPN.S 
    
    COMPANY STATEMENTS 
    Coltene  CLTN.S  posted a FY 2019 operating profit of 32.0
million Swiss francs ($33.45 million)
    Ascom  ASCN.S  posted FY net profit of 44.9 million euros 
($50.00 million) and proposed not to pay out a dividend for 2019
as it refocuses the company ahead of a challenging year.
    Kardex  KARN.S  posted FY EBIT of 63.5 million euros.
    WISeKey  WIHN.S  said it extended commitment term of its CHF
50 million equity financing.
    Stadler Rail  SRAIL.S  said it sees double-digit sales
growth in 2020.
    Newron Pharmaceuticals  NWRN.S  said its net loss widened to
20.2 million euros in 2019.

    DUFRY  DUFN.S  - Credit Suisse cuts target price to 75 Swiss
francs from 95 francs
    ADECCO  ADEN.S  - JP Morgan cuts to "neutral" from
"overweight", cuts target price to 57 Swiss francs from 70
francs
    LOGITECH  LOGN.S  - Credit Suisse cuts price target to 47
Swiss francs from 49 francs
    ZURICH INSURANCE GROUP  ZURN.S  - Berenberg initiates with
price target 477.90 Swiss francs and a "buy" rating
