The Commercial Bank (Q.S.C.) completes transaction raising QAR 2 billion 
of Additional Tier 1 Perpetual Capital Notes
03 March 2016, Doha, Qatar: The Commercial Bank ("Commercial Bank" or "the Bank"), announces that it has raised QAR 2 billion in Additional Tier 1 Perpetual Capital Notes to strengthen the Bank's capital adequacy ratios and support funding future growth across the Commercial Bank, its subsidiaries and associates. The transaction was successfully completed on 28 February 2016.
