26 May 2016, Doha - Qatar: The Commercial Bank (Q.S.C.), the second largest conventional bank in Qatar by assets, rated A2 by Moody's, BBB+ by S&P and A+ by Fitch, has mandated Citi, HSBC, Morgan Stanley and National Bank of Abu Dhabi to arrange on its behalf a series of fixed income investor meetings in Asia, Middle East and Europe commencing on 30th May 2016. A benchmark USD Reg S only transaction may follow under the existing USD 5bn EMTN Programme, subject to market conditions.
