Commercial Metals rises after increasing its existing share repurchase program

** Shares of Commercial Metals  CMC.N , which provides
support solutions to the construction sector, rise 1.26% to $50
in extended trading 
    ** Co announces that its board has authorized an increase of
$500 mln to the company's existing common stock repurchase
program
    ** This brings the aggregate capacity of the program to $850
mln 
     ** Approximately $310 mln of its common stock has been
repurchased under the existing program since its authorization
in October 2021, co said
