Commerzbank again flags concerns over UniCredit's tender offer
Commerzbank again flags concerns over UniCredit's tender offer BERLIN, June 10 (Reuters) - Commerzbank CBKG.DE said on Wednesday it raised further concerns over "continued unusual tender behavior" in connection with UniCredit's CRDI.MI offer.
"In Commerzbank's view, UniCredit's disclosures continue to fall short of the required level of transparency and cannot be regarded as evidence of independent shareholder support for the offer," Commerzbank said in a statement.
UniCredit said on Tuesday that market take-up of its buyout offer for Commerzbank reached 10.9%.
