Director retirement - ASB Bank Limited

Mr Simon Blair has given notice of his intention to retire from the board of
directors of ASB Bank Limited (ASB).

 

ASB Chair Dame Therese Walsh thanked Mr Blair for his significant contribution
to ASB. Mr Blair joined the ASB Board in October 2012 after holding numerous
senior leadership roles in the financial services and health care industries.
Dame Therese noted that ASB has benefited from his extensive experience,
knowledge and wisdom.

 

Mr Blair's retirement will take effect when the current term of his
appointment ends at 5.00pm (New Zealand time) on Thursday 29 February 2024.
