Senior Manager Changes

ASB Bank Limited (ASB) announced today that after six years as General Counsel
and Executive General Manager, Business Services, Stephen Bendall has decided
to leave the bank on 12 December 2025. ASB CEO Vittoria Shortt thanked Mr
Bendall for his significant contribution to ASB, saying "Stephen has been an
important part of ASB's leadership team, and I wish him all the very best for
his next chapter."

An external search will be undertaken for Mr Bendall's replacement. An
announcement regarding an Acting General Counsel and Executive General
Manager, Business Services will be made in due course.
