** Shares of hospital operators fall premarket after HCA
Healthcare  HCA.N  misses Q3 profit estimates
    ** Tenet Healthcare  THC.N  dips 3.77% to $52.6, while
Community Health Systems  CYH.N  falls 1.59% to $2.48 before the
bell
    ** HCA, the largest for-profit hospital operator in the U.S,
posts Q3 adjusted profit of $3.91 per share, missing LSEG
estimate of $3.98 per share, hurt by an increase in staffing
costs and weak sales at its physician staffing joint venture
Valesco
    ** Up to last close, CYH down ~42% YTD, while THC up ~12%
during the period
