   quarterly common stock dividend

 * Fourth quarter net interest income was $6.3 million, a 3.3% increase compared 
   to $6.1 million in the preceding quarter 
 * Says total assets increased 3.4% to $557.3 million at December 31, 2014, 
   compared to $539.0 million at December 31, 2013
