 * Announces resolution of loan litigation 
 * Says settlement resolves the litigation between rfc and cwb concerning 
   residential mortgage loans sold to RFC  
 * Says has agreed to pay RFC $7.5 million which will fully resolve the case 
   against the company 
 * Says expects settlement to reduce second quarter (after tax) net income by 
   approximately $4.2 million 
 * Says expects settlement to reduce second quarter (after tax) earnings per 
   share and book value per share by $0.51
