** Shares of cybersecurity company Commvault Systems CVLT.O up 0.7% at $167.10 in morning trading

** CVLT expects fiscal 2026 revenue to be between $1.13 bln and $1.14 bln, compared with analysts' average estimate of $1.10 bln, according to LSEG-compiled data

** Company says Q4 revenue rises 23% to $275 mln vs. estimates of $262.4 mln

** Co ended the year with more than 12,000 subscription customers - CEO Sanjay Mirchandani

** As of last close, stock up ~10% this year
