Oct 7 (Reuters) - Chargeurs SA  CRIP.PA : 
    * Concert comprising Jerome Seydoux and companies he 
controls, Pathe and Ojej, Eduardo Malone and the company he 
controls, Sofi Emy, to  dispose of their stakes in company 
    * Colombus Holding undertook to acquire from the concert 
members all their stakes in Chargeurs, i.e. 6,334,805 shares 
representing 27.76 pct of the share capital 
    * Transaction to be carried out at price 8 euros ($9.01) per 
share, value of about 184 million euros for 100 pct of the 
company's share capital 
    * Jerome Seydoux and Eduardo Malone to resign from mandates 
as board member and chairman of the board of Chargeurs on Oct 30 
    * On Oct 30 Martine Odillard will resign from her mandates 
as board member and chief executive officer of Chargeurs
