sAINT-GOBAIN COMPLETES the DIVESTMENT OF TWO DISTRIBUTION BUSINESSES: sfic
BELGIUM AND TUMELERO IN BRAZIL
Saint-Gobain finalized its divestment of SFIC Belgium, a specialist
construction materials distribution business for plasterboard, insulation and
ceilings in the Belgian market, on November 3, 2025.
With annual sales of around €75 million and 123 employees, SFIC Belgium
operates a network of 10 branches with nationwide coverage across Belgium.
In addition, Saint-Gobain finalized its divestment of Tumelero, a retail chain
specializing in construction materials with a strong presence in southern
Brazil, on December 1, 2025.
Tumelero currently operates 16 stores and 1 logistics center in Rio Grande do
Sul, employs around 580 people and generated annual sales of around €40
million.
These transactions are part of Saint-Gobain's strategy to further strengthen
its business profile, in line with its "Lead & Grow" plan.
