May 24 (Reuters) - Below are company-related news and
stories from France and Benelux which could have an impact on
the region's markets or individual stocks.
    
    COMPAGNIE DES ALPES  CDAF.PA :
    French ski resorts operator on Tuesday saidits operating
profit had dropped to 151.6 million euros in the first half of
its fiscal year and confirmed its financial objectives for
2022/23. 
    
    LEGRAND  LEGD.PA :
    French electrical and industrial company on Tuesday
announced a sustainability-linked bond issue of 700 million
euros with a 6-year maturity and an annual coupon of 3.5%.
    
    MICHELIN  MICP.PA :
    French tire maker on Tuesday said TBC Corporation a U.S.
based tire distribution company that it jointly operates with
Sumitomo Corporation, had entered into an agreement to divest
its company-owned retail portfolio to Mavis Tire Express Service
Corp. 
    
    RENAULT  RENA.PA , VALEO  VLOF.PA :
    Both groups on Tuesday said they had signed a partnership in
Software Defined Vehicle (SDV) to develop the electrical and
electronic architecture of the group's next generation vehicles.
    
    PUBLICIS  PUBP.PA :
    French ad group on Tuesday said its digital business
transformation group Sapient would acquire Publicis Sapient AI
Labs, an artificial intelligence (AI) research and development
joint venture launched in 2020 in partnership between Publicis
Sapient, Elder Research and Tquila.
