acquisitions, and disposals were reported by 1330 GMT on
Wednesday:

        ** KKR & Co  KKR.N  is set to launch the sale of
Singapore-based Goodpack in a deal that could value the provider
of shipping containers and logistics services at around $1.8

        ** Israel's flag carrier El Al has made an offer to
acquire a 45% stake in the country's leading credit card company
Isracard in a deal valuing the latter at 3.1 billion shekels
