Annual Report 2023 AND Notice of THE 2024 Annual General Meeting

 

Compass Group PLC (the Company) released its preliminary announcement of
annual results for the year ended 30 September 2023 (Annual Results
Announcement) on 20 November 2023. Further to the Annual Results Announcement,
the Company confirms that the Annual Report 2023, Notice of the 2024 Annual
General Meeting (the Notice) and Form of Proxy have today been published.

 

The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at 12 noon on Thursday,
8 February 2024 in the Live Room at Rugby Football Union, Rugby House,
Twickenham Stadium, 200 Whitton Road, Twickenham, Middlesex TW2 7BA.

 

In compliance with rule 6.3.5(3) of the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency
Rules the following documents can be downloaded from the Company's website at
