Annual Report 2014 incorporating the Notice of Annual General Meeting
Compass Group PLC ("the Company") released its preliminary announcement of annual results for the year ended 30 September 2014 ("Annual Results Announcement") on 26 November 2014.Further to the Annual Results Announcement, the Company confirms that the Annual Report 2014, Notice of Annual General Meeting 2015 and Form of Proxy have today been published.
The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at noon on Thursday 5 February 2015 at The Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre, Broad Sanctuary, Westminster, London SW1P 3EE.
In compliance with DTR 6.3.5(3) the following documents can be downloaded in pdf format from the Company's website at www.compass-group.com .
