Annual Report 2015 incorporating the Notice of Annual General Meeting
Compass Group PLC ("the Company") released its preliminary announcement of annual results for the year ended 30 September 2015 ("Annual Results Announcement") on 24 November 2015. Further to the Annual Results Announcement, the Company confirms that the Annual Report 2015, Notice of Annual General Meeting 2016 and Form of Proxy have today been published.
The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at noon on Thursday 4 February 2016 at the Live Room, Rugby Football Union, Rugby House, Twickenham Stadium, 200 Whitton Road, Twickenham, Middlesex TW2 7BA.
