Compass Group PLC (the "Company") announces the following change in the interests of a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility in ordinary shares of 10 5/8 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Shares").
On 26 November 2014, Johnny Thomson, Regional Managing Director, Latin America, purchased 38,283 Shares in the Company at a price of 1059.5852 pence each per Share. 
Following this purchase, Johnny Thomson holds 38,283 Shares, representing 0.00229% of the Company's issued share capital.
