NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS/PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND CONNECTED PERSONS
Compass Group PLC (the "Company") announces the following changes in the interest of a Director in ordinary shares of 10 5/8 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Shares"), following notification on 24 February 2015 of the below transaction.
On 23 February 2015 Mr John Bason a non-executive director received an additional 68 Shares through the Company's Dividend Reinvestment Plan ("DRIP") at 1147.46 pence each per Share. 
Following this transaction, Mr Bason's shareholding has increased to 10,782 Shares, representing 0.00065% of the Company's issued share capital.
