Compass Group PLC (the "Company") announces the following change in the interests of a Director in ordinary shares of 10 5/8 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Shares").
On 25 March 2015, Mrs Carol Arrowsmith, Non-Executive Director purchased 3,342 Shares in the Company at a price of 1190.8809 pence each per Share.
Following this purchase, Mrs Arrowsmith's shareholding stands at 7,438 Shares, representing 0.00044% of the Company's issued share capital.
