NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS/PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND CONNECTED PERSONS
Compass Group PLC (the "Company") announces that on 20 August 2015, MrsCarolineCousins, wife of Richard Cousins, Group Chief Executive of Compass Group PLC gifted, for nil consideration, 778,831 ordinary shares of 10 5/8 pence each in the Company to her husband. 
Following this transaction, Richard Cousins' interest in shares of the Company remains unchanged at 1,515,815 ordinary shares of 10 5/8 pence each, representing 0.092% of the Company's issued share capital (excluding treasury shares).
