NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS/PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND CONNECTED PERSONS
Compass Group PLC (the "Company") announces the following change in the interests of a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") in ordinary shares of 10 5/8 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Shares").
On 10 December 2015, Alfredo Ruiz Plaza, PDMR, purchased 10,000 Shares in the Company at a price of 1128.00 pence each per Share. 
Following this purchase, Alfredo Ruiz Plaza's shareholding has increased to 64,746 Shares, representing 0.00394% of the Company's issued share capital.
