Compass Group PLC (the "Company") announces the following change in the interests of a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") in ordinary shares of 10 5/8 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Shares").
On 4 January 2016, Philippe Op de Beeck, PDMR, sold 43,995 Shares at a price of 1143.00 pence per Share.
Following this sale, Philippe Op de Beeck's shareholding is 46,436 Shares, representing 0.00282% of the Company's issued share capital (excluding treasury shares).
