NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS/PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND CONNECTED PERSONS
Compass Group PLC (the "Company") announces the following changes in the interests of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") in ordinary shares of 10 5/8 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Shares"): 
On 8 February 2016 Mr Robin Mills, a PDMR and Group Human Resources Director, exercised an option over 24,600 Shares. The Shares were acquired at 627.00 pence each per Share on 17 May 2012. All Shares resulting from such exercise were sold on 8 February 2016 at 1203.6766 pence each per Share.
Following this exercise, Robin Mills' shareholding remains unaltered at NIL Shares.
