NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS/PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND CONNECTED PERSONS
Compass Group PLC (the "Company") announces the following changes in the interests of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") in ordinary shares of 10 5/8 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Shares"): 
On 8 February 2016Mr Richard Cousins, Chief Executive Officer, sold 300,000 Shares at a price of 1206.7856 pence per Share. 
Following this exercise, Mr Cousins' shareholding is 1,215,815 representing 0.0739% of the Company's issued share capital (excluding treasury shares). In addition, Mr Cousins holds 665,715 awards over Shares pursuant to the Company's Long Term Incentive Scheme.
