NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS/PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND CONNECTED PERSONS
Compass Group PLC (the "Company") announces the following changes in the interests of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") in ordinary shares of 10 5/8 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Shares"): 
On 7 March 2016 Mr Alfredo Ruiz Plaza a PDMR and Regional Managing Director for Latin America exercised an option over 10,000 Shares. The Shares were acquired at 627.00 pence each per Share on 17 May 2012. All Shares resulting from such exercise were sold on 7 March 2016 at 1217.00 pence each per Share.
Following this exercise, Mr Alfredo Ruiz Plaza's shareholding remains unaltered at 64,746 Shares, representing 0.00394% of the Company's issued share capital (excluding treasury shares).
