NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS/PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND CONNECTED PERSONS
Compass Group PLC (the "Company") announces the following change in the interests of a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") in ordinary shares of 10 5/8 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Shares").
On 23 March 2016, Carol Arrowsmith, Non-executive director, purchased 2,023 Shares in the Company at a price of 1215.9500 pence each per Share. 
Following this purchase, Carol Arrowsmith's shareholding has increased to 9,642 Shares, representing 0.00059% of the Company's issued share capital (excluding treasury shares).
