Purchase of own shares
Compass Group PLC announces that on 19 June 2015 it purchased 250,000 ordinary shares of 10 5/8 pence each at a price of 1111.6656 pence per share through Merrill Lynch International.
Compass Group PLC intends to hold the purchased ordinary shares in treasury.
Following the above transaction, Compass Group PLC holds 750,000 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 1,656,027,382 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
