Purchase of own shares
Compass Group PLC announces that on 22 June 2015 it purchased 200,000 ordinary shares of10 5/8 pence each at a price of 1117.0275 pence per share through Merrill Lynch International.
Compass Group PLC intends to hold the purchased ordinary shares in treasury.
Following the above transaction, Compass Group PLC holds 950,000 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 1,655,827,382 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
