Purchase of own shares
Compass Group PLC announces that on 29 June 2015 it purchased 250,000 ordinary shares of 10 5/8 pence each at a price of 1078.0981 pence per share through Merrill Lynch International.
Compass Group PLC intends to hold the purchased ordinary shares in treasury.
Following the above transaction, Compass Group PLC holds 2,028,481 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 1,654,748,901 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
