Purchase of own shares
Compass Group PLC announces that on 1 July 2015 it purchased 250,000 ordinary shares of 10 5/8 pence each at a price of 1076.8578 pence per share through BarclaysCapitalSecuritiesLimited.
Compass Group PLC intends to hold the purchased ordinary shares in treasury.
Following the above transaction, Compass Group PLC holds 2,569,295 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 1,654,208,087 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
