Purchase of own shares
Compass Group PLC announces that on 3 July 2015 it purchased 300,000 ordinary shares of 10 5/8 pence each at a price of 1063.8671 pence per share through BarclaysCapitalSecuritiesLimited.
Compass Group PLC intends to hold the purchased ordinary shares in treasury.
Following the above transaction, Compass Group PLC holds 3,102,967 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 1,653,674,415 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
