Compass Group PLC announces that on 13 July 2015 it purchased 250,000 ordinary shares of 105/8penceeachatapriceof1113.1639pencepersharethroughBarclaysCapitalSecuritiesLimited.
Compass Group PLC intends to hold the purchased ordinary shares in treasury.
Following the above transaction, Compass Group PLC holds 4,586,343 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 1,652,191,039 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
