Purchase of own shares
Compass Group PLC announces that on 16 July 2015 it purchased 200,000 ordinary shares of 10 5/8 pence each at a price of 1127.8672 pence per share through Barclays Capital Securities Limited.
Compass Group PLC intends to hold the purchased ordinary shares in treasury.
Following the above transaction, Compass Group PLC holds 5,097,873 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 1,651,679,509 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
