Purchase of own shares
Compass Group PLC announces that on 23 July 2015 it purchased 250,000 ordinary shares of 10 5/8 pence each at a price of 1099.6600 pence per share through MorganStanley International plc.
Compass Group PLC intends to hold the purchased ordinary shares in treasury.
Following the above transaction, Compass Group PLC holds 6,080,747 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 1,650,696,635 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
