Purchase of own shares
Compass Group PLC announces that on 3 August 2015 it purchased 301,155 ordinary shares of 10 5/8 pence each at a price of 1020.4200 pence per share through MorganStanley International plc.
Compass Group PLC intends to hold the purchased ordinary shares in treasury.
Following the above transaction, Compass Group PLC holds 7,709,872 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 1,649,067,510 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
