Purchase of own shares
Compass Group PLC announces that on 6 August 2015 it purchased 300,000 ordinary shares of 10 5/8 pence each at a price of 1034.0600 pence per share through MorganStanley International plc.
Compass Group PLC intends to hold the purchased ordinary shares in treasury.
Following the above transaction, Compass Group PLC holds 8,603,631 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 1,648,173,751 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
