Purchase of own shares
Compass Group PLC announces that on 10 August 2015 it purchased 233,176 ordinary shares of 10 5/8 pence each at a price of 1044.4300 pence per share through MorganStanley International plc.
Compass Group PLC intends to hold the purchased ordinary shares in treasury.
Following the above transaction, Compass Group PLC holds 9,132,126 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 1,647,645,256 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
