Purchase of own shares
Compass Group PLC announces that on 6 October 2015 it purchased 120,000 ordinary shares of 10 5/8 pence each at a price of 1079.0111 pence per share through Merrill Lynch International.
Compass Group PLC intends to hold the purchased ordinary shares in treasury.
Following the above transaction, Compass Group PLC holds 9,274,107 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 1,647,503,275 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
