Purchase of own shares
Compass Group PLC announces that on 16 October 2015 it purchased 120,000 ordinary shares of 10 5/8 pence each at a price of 1059.2833 pence per share through Merrill Lynch International.
Compass Group PLC intends to hold the purchased ordinary shares in treasury.
Following the above transaction, Compass Group PLC holds 10,230,174 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 1,646,547,208 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
