Purchase of own shares
Compass Group PLC announces that on 20 October 2015 it purchased 120,000 ordinary shares of 10 5/8 pence each at a price of 1076.4001 pence per share through Merrill Lynch International.
Compass Group PLC intends to hold the purchased ordinary shares in treasury.
Following the above transaction, Compass Group PLC holds 10,468,620 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 1,646,308,762 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
