Purchase of own shares
Compass Group PLC announces that on 27 October 2015 it purchased 80,000 ordinary shares of 10 5/8 pence each at a price of 1102.1049 pence per share through Merrill Lynch International.
Compass Group PLC intends to hold the purchased ordinary shares in treasury.
Following the above transaction, Compass Group PLC holds 10,923,513 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 1,645,853,869 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
