Purchase of own shares
Compass Group PLC announces that on 29 October 2015 it purchased 80,000 ordinary shares of 10 5/8 pence each at a price of 1113.0914 pence per share through Merrill Lynch International.
Compass Group PLC intends to hold the purchased ordinary shares in treasury.
Following the above transaction, Compass Group PLC holds 11,067,529 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 1,645,709,853 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
