Purchase of own shares
Compass Group PLC announces that on 30 October 2015 it purchased 80,000 ordinary shares of 10 5/8 pence each at a price of 1113.8403 pence per share through Merrill Lynch International.
Compass Group PLC intends to hold the purchased ordinary shares in treasury.
Following the above transaction, Compass Group PLC holds 11,141,220 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 1,645,636,162 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
