Purchase of own shares
Compass Group PLC announces that on 3 November 2015 it purchased 120,000 ordinary shares of 10 5/8 pence each at a price of 1086.4960 pence per share through Merrill Lynch International.
Compass Group PLC intends to hold the purchased ordinary shares in treasury.
Following the above transaction, Compass Group PLC holds 11,339,429 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 1,645,437,953 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
