Purchase of own shares
Compass Group PLC announces that on 13 November 2015 it purchased 160,000 ordinary shares of 10 5/8 pence each at a price of 1032.9089 pence per share through Merrill Lynch International.
Compass Group PLC intends to hold the purchased ordinary shares in treasury.
Following the above transaction, Compass Group PLC holds 12,316,578 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 1,644,460,804 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
