Purchase of own shares
Compass Group PLC announces that on 18 November 2015 it purchased 65,656 ordinary shares of 10 5/8 pence each at a price of 1048.8489 pence per share through Merrill Lynch International.
Compass Group PLC intends to hold the purchased ordinary shares in treasury.
Following the above transaction, Compass Group PLC holds 12,685,213 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 1,644,092,169ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
