Purchase of own shares
Compass Group PLC announces that on 25 November 2015 it purchased 40,000 ordinary shares of 10 5/8 pence each at a price of 1106.7911 pence per share through BarclaysCapitalSecuritiesLimited.
Compass Group PLC intends to hold the purchased ordinary shares in treasury.
Following the above transaction, Compass Group PLC holds 13,075,360 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 1,643,702,022ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
